1. Global Supply & Business Scope

Fire-Boltt provides advanced wearable technology products, including AMOLED and Bluetooth calling smartwatches, TWS open-ear audio equipment, and voice-assisted smart glasses. All transactions executed through official B2B platforms, authorized export channels, or corporate sales directives are governed by international trade regulations and verified commercial agreements.

We reserve the right to decline service, modify supply volume allocations, or adjust commercial terms based on market availability, compliance audits, or geopolitical export compliance regulations.

2. Product Specifications & Quality Control Standards

Fire-Boltt strictly adheres to rigorous international quality control standards. Every production lot undergoes factory acceptance testing (FAT), environmental stress screening, and display brightness calibration to ensure operational durability.

Product Features and Display Accuracy

While maximum efforts are made to represent technical specifications, screen resolutions, battery cycle ratings, and material finishes accurately, manufacturing tolerances may apply across different batch runs. Global procurement buyers receive documented batch certification reports prior to bulk shipping.

3. Intellectual Property & Brand Authorization

All trademarks, hardware designs, proprietary software interfaces, firmware algorithms, and promotional assets related to Fire-Boltt products remain the exclusive intellectual property of Boltt Games Private Limited.

• Commercial Licensing: Distributors and retail partners are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use official marketing collateral strictly within approved regional sales territories.
• Prohibition of Reverse Engineering: Resellers, OEM partners, and commercial entities are strictly prohibited from decompiling firmware, modifying hardware schematics, or reproducing product enclosures without express written approval.

4. International Shipping, Tariffs & Export Compliance

For international B2B shipments, freight terms (Incoterms 2020: FOB, CIF, or DDP) are established in individual commercial contracts. Procurement partners are responsible for local import clearances, regional customs duties, and compliance with local telecommunication standard certifications (such as CE, FCC, RoHS, and BIS certifications where applicable).

Risk of loss transfers according to agreed Incoterms upon delivery of consignment to specified freight forwarding hubs or ocean/air transport carriers.

5. Warranty Commitments & Technical Support Framework

Fire-Boltt backs its global hardware portfolio with standardized warranty protocols. Products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects under normal operational usage for specified contractual periods.

After-Sales RMA Process

International procurement partners benefit from a streamlined Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. Defective units reported under verified QA protocols qualify for component replacement, technical credit notes, or factory refurbishing as outlined in regional distribution agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

In no event shall Fire-Boltt, its directors, supply chain partners, or operational affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from supply chain disruptions, delayed freight handling, or improper end-user hardware application beyond the contractual product invoice value.

These terms are constructed under the legal framework of trade laws in India, with dispute jurisdiction seated in Jaipur, Rajasthan, or designated international arbitration centers as established in master distribution contracts.
