• Order Processing & Inspection: Standard wholesale and OEM orders undergo 100% Quality Control (QC) inspection prior to palletizing. Production lead times range from 3 to 7 working days for standard items, and 15 to 25 days for custom OEM/ODM packaging.
• Freight Modes & Logistics Partners: Air express shipments (DHL, FedEx, UPS) deliver within 4 to 7 business days globally. Ocean freight and multimodal transit options are available for full container load (FCL) and less than container load (LCL) shipments.
• Export Packaging Standards: Cargo is packed in heavy-duty 5-ply corrugated export cartons, reinforced with corner protection, moisture-proof polybags, and static-discharge safeguards for sensitive AMOLED displays and micro-components.

2. Customs Clearance & Regulatory Documentation

• Commercial Invoice & Packing List with detailed Harmonized System (HS) Codes.
• Certificate of Origin (Form A / Form E / FTA where applicable).
• UN38.3 Battery Transport Safety Test Reports and Air/Sea Cargo Transport Certificates.

3. Manufacturer Return Policy & Warranty Procedures (RMA)

We stand behind the engineering precision and structural durability of our wearable ecosystem. For international distributors and enterprise partners, our Return Material Authorization (RMA) framework operates under the following terms:

• 12-Month Quality Guarantee: Fire-Boltt provides a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering mainboard functionality, display modules, sensors, and charging mechanisms against manufacturing defects.
• Defect Threshold & Replacement: Products showing functional failure under normal operating conditions will be credited or replaced in the subsequent production run upon validation by our engineering team.
• Free-of-Charge (FOC) Spare Parts Option: For high-volume wholesale orders, clients may opt for a 0.5% to 1.0% FOC spare parts allocation (including display units, straps, chargers, and outer housings) to enable immediate localized repair services.
• RMA Claims Procedure: RMA requests must include batch numbers, video/photo documentation of the issue, and defect description logs submitted directly to your dedicated account executive.
